How I work with you
1 Briefing sessions to align objectives
The first step is to bring me up to speed with everything about your business so that I can act as part of your team. You will answer a questionnaire regarding competitors, goals, previous and future campaigns and more. We will then run through your answers in two dedicated briefing sessions - one focused on the past and one on the future.
2 Holistic digital marketing audit
Armed with access to all of your digital marketing channels (website, social, search, digital ads or other), I will personally produce an independent report of your current digital marketing performance. I will be brutally honest and tell you how it is - if something is or isn't working as intended, you will now know.
3 Bespoke digital marketing plan
Your digital marketing plan will give you a short and medium term digital marketing roadmap with clear and concise action points. It will cover all digital marketing channels and provide recommendations to implement those that show opportunity for your business.
4 Choose your implementation pace
