You will also be provided with a list of opportunities to plan for over the coming months. These concepts form your dynamic digital marketing plan. As the month's progress, we will build on these, which will provide you with a marketing strategy.
I ensure that you leave this meeting with a clear understanding of actions to be taken in the month and quarter ahead and how to do them.
Whether you're an internal team or outsourcing (freelancers or agency) I'll articulate an easy to follow strategy with tactical suggestions.

By now you will have started executing the plan and may have some questions along the way. In the second month of our engagement we will focus on helping you to implement the suggestions made in the previous month and providing you with a revised report and plan to keep dynamically building your marketing strategy.
You will bring any questions you have to this meeting, and I will review your implementation and performance before we meet.
I will ensure that you exit this session with a crystal clear idea of your current digital performance and of actions to be taken in the month ahead to ensure that your quarterly plan is actioned and optimisations are made to your live campaigns.
You will also receive an independent report of your performance across your active marketing campaigns and organic marketing as well as a refreshed plan comprising of renewed recommendations and opportunities. The idea is to continue to keep your active marketing campaigns on target while building out your long term marketing strategy.

After working through the action points over the last two months you will have implemented all of the recommendations presented to you over the last two months.
Your campaigns should be humming along nicely and you are ready to implement new campaigns and channels.
You are putting the final touches in place for any on the ground research that was required.
We will touch base to butt heads and continue to flesh out the nitty gritty of your long term marketing planning.
Together, we will use this session to brief me on your capacity to implement in the quarter ahead so that I can provide you with the best plan possible.
